I’m so thankful we were able to go back to Dr. Forward. Our daughter saw him when she was dealing with feeding issues, and he has honestly been our favorite doctor we’ve ever had. He actually listens, asks the right questions, and takes the time to get to know our kids. He’s never made us feel like just another number, and we’re so grateful for him and his staff! I was tired of getting the run around and seeing different doctors every time my son needed care, it was time to make a change. After not getting answers after a three day hospital stay in April, and now dealing with the same issue 4 months later, finding Dr. Forward at Dakota pediatric associates was a huge relief. Dr Forward spent 45 minutes with us at our first appointment. We never felt rushed, and he answered all of our questions, and he provided incredibly helpful information that finally gave us some clarity and confidence moving forward. One of the things I appreciate most is that our son will see the same doctor every visit. Not having to retail our story over and over means so much to us and to his recovery. You can tell Dr Forward for truly cares about his patients, and the entire office has a warm, homie feel that immediately puts you at ease. We’re so grateful we found to go to pediatric associates and would highly recommend them to Any family, looking for compassionate and personalized care.
I agreed to have an app to record the appointment. I didn’t get the time to discern it and ended up accepting. But I’ll never let this happen again in any appointment from now on. It’s uncomfortable. AI sucks.
From the receptionist desk, to the nurses, to Dr Forward, I’ve always felt like my kids and I are fully welcomed in this practice. They listen to everything I have to say, explain what’s going on or what to expect in terms I can understand, and most importantly (to me) always reassure me that I’m doing a good job as a mom. My toddler is high energy and loves to climb and explore things, they work around him and his mood rather than trying to force him to sit in one place for longer than needed. I will whole heartedly recommend DPA to everyone.
Dr. Forward always makes you feel like your kids are his only patients. Never rushed and always willing to answer all questions! Lucky to have him care for my kids!
